Quality is the essence of our business success and it is the responsibility of all employees. Employees have control and ownership for processes that apply to their position.

First article inspection and statistical process control data (per customer requirements) are available upon request.

State of the art 3-D video and optical measuring equipment is used for verification.

PARTS CLEANING
We strive to be an environmentally responsible company. Parts are processed through our aqueous-based parts cleaning system. The closed-loop system contributes to recycling, energy conservation and eliminates the need to use hazardous materials.

SECONDARY OPERATIONS
Northwest Fourslide can provide parts for small quantity orders using secondary operations and simpler tooling.

Other in-house operations are tumbling and heat treating. Northwest Fourslide coordinates outside processes, such as plating.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
Parts are packaged to customer requirements. Electronic counting scales are used for accuracy. Northwest Fourslide has bar code capability.
